Double points configuration 翻倍积分

**This document describes the operations and core functions of doubling points (doubling periods and doubling on specific activity days), and if both doubling rules are in effect at the same time, the configuration with the highest doubling will be executed.
本文档用于说明积分翻倍的相关操作及核心功能（周期翻倍、特定活动日翻倍），若两种翻倍规则同时生效，则按翻倍最高的配置执行。**
